Apex installed snow cleats on several ribs of my metal roof. After we got a historic ice storm in Charlottesville, a few of the cleats came off the roof along with an 8 inch thick sleet of ice. I reached out to Apex and told them I was not happy with the situation. To my surprise, Andrew contacted me very promptly and offered to come inspect what had happened and to rectify the situation.
