Had snow cleats "professionally" install by whatever clown contractor these guys hired in November 2025. After the first big snow we had in Charlottesville in January, 2026, the majority of them had fallen off my roof alongside the snow and ice they were supposed to hold back. I think the contractor spent a total of 20 minutes installing them from the time the ladder went up to the time he left the property.
Will be seeking a significant refund or perhaps small claims court.
