To enhance the durability and appearance of the client's roof, we installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in the rich Barkwood color. At Apex Roofing Solutions, based in Saddle Brook, NJ, we pride ourselves on ensuring compliance with local building codes. Therefore, we replaced the existing plywood with new 5/8-inch plywood for added support. Additionally, we upgraded the property's skylights by installing VELUX skylights with custom flashing kits to improve energy efficiency and aesthetics. To complete the project, we fitted 6-inch gutters and downspouts in the elegant shade of Royal Brown, providing effective water management and complementing the new roofing system.

Installing a brand-new charcoal-colored GAF Timberline HDZ roof adds both style and durability to the customer's home. Located in Clifton, NJ, our team at Apex Roofing Solutions expertly replaced the old, worn-out fascia boards with new, sturdy ones, pairing them with sleek white aluminum capping trim. The rotting fascia was carefully removed, providing a fresh update with new white vented vinyl soffits. Additionally, after the completion of the roof and fascia work, we installed new 6'' gutters and downspouts to ensure efficient water management. These improvements not only enhance the appearance of the property but also protect it from the elements, proper ventilation, and ensuring peace of mind for the homeowner.

Repair was initially estimated 10k. However, all the wood need replacement. Benny took the time to explain everything that had to be repaired.
