First interaction: I had apex replace my roof and add new gutters. The whole process everyone I was on contact with in the company was friendly, positive, flexible, knowledgeable, and professional. Mine was not an easy or quick job- old house, bad chimney, outdated and ineffective gutters; took several days and held several curve balls, but the whole crew worked like a well oiled machine and was amazing. What you were experiencing was related to the existing siding and the removal of multiple roofing layers, which exposed a gap at that transition point. While that area wasn’t part of the original roofing scope, we understood the concern and made sure it was properly addressed.
