Hey Greg, After reviewing the completion photos of your roof replacement we couldn’t have been more pleased with the job. In fact, Dustin personally met you the day after we finished and you told him you couldn’t have been more happy. There was a misunderstanding on the invoice over $120 and we corrected that. We definitely were not trying to over charge you. In regards to the start of your roof replacement, we waited several weeks for your foundation to be leveled before we began your roof construction. The day you contacted Dustin to let us know it was done, Preston the production manager called you to get on schedule for the following week. Dustin’s responsibility is to check on the job before and after. Our roofing crew has solely worked for us for 6 years and the same crew installs every single roof we do. Dustin is not there to watch the crew the entire day. Additionally, we gave you a free upgrade to the Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingle due to issue with the supplier. We passed that on to you at no additional charge. We also painted every roof penetration to match the shingle color to make your roof look aesthetically pleasing. Dustin and Preston (Production Manager) have tried to reach you several times to see what we could have done to make the job go better but have not received a phone call back. If there’s something we could have done better, we would love the opportunity to know what would have made the experience better for you.
