Nat Clements with ARP came out to look at my roof and talk about what I needed. He was very personable and easy to understand. He seemed to care about my needs even though it wasn’t a large scale job. I got a reasonable estimate and sent ARP a check. The check didn’t arrive until weeks later causing delays and missed communication but Nat didn’t give up on me. He continued to contact me and got my job back on track and ultimately completed.
