I am a Liberty Home Guard customer. ARP told me are not working with Liberty Home Guard "right now" because their manager does not want to. Did not show up for the appointment that had already been scheduled without a courtesy call to me OR the warranty company telling me or them they would not be able to make it. ARP replaced my asphalt shingle roof in record time (2 days) with 1-inch seam, 22 gauge class 4 sheet metal roof with striations that is mechanically fastened at the corrugated seams which I feel is far superior to competitors snap-on roofs. Additionally, Preston at ARP beat all the competitors on pricing along with the quality workmanship which was second-to-none. I am extremely confident in the soundness and integrity of my new ARP Sheet metal roof. Thank you ARP!!!

I called ARP on a late afternoon and described a small leak coming from above the water heater in our garage. I told them that I was not sure it was a roof issue, but would they be willing to send someone out to take a look. The next morning I got a call from one of their advisors (Austin J.).
