I discovered a leak and invited four different roofing companies to access where the leak was occuring. The first couldn't find the source of the leak the second make a wrong determination, the third foud it but suggested a new roof but estimated $35-$40k to replace.
Ascent (Aaron) was able to reproduce the leak and suggested a repair. I requested a whole new roof estimate, it was less than $20k.
