My experience was great from the initial contact to getting insurance until the final roof installation. Nothing but professional at every level. My roof looks great. One of the drivers of this company’s truck drives like a lunatic. In the 5 minutes that I observed him driving on I-71, he was driving so fast that he almost rear-ended myself and another driver, then proceeded to basically run us both off of the road. If his driving is any indication of this company’s work quality and ethics I would avoid them at all costs.
Ascent was responsive to our needs during negotiations with the insurance company after a storm left us with roof damage. Once the claim was settled, they were able to quickly fix a date for the installation of a new roof. The crew was on time and ready to go to work. And work they did.
