Less than 3 years since my condo was re-roofed, and I have experienced 5 leaks (3 in same area that Ascent has "repaired" -
1st was 2 weeks after re-roofing, 2nd 1 year later, 3rd several weeks ago. They are VERY NON-RESPONSIVE to the condo owner, refusing to give me a copy of their report to my condo association. Ascent did 1st ceiling repair, I did the second. They have failed to offer to repair my ceiling after 3rd leak in same place in less than 3 years. I would have given them a '0' out... Read more

We had our roof on both the house & garage replaced, as well adding gutters w/ guards to both, last Spring. We've waited on the review, to see how everything held up thru the seasons, & could not be more pleased.
