It was terrific from start to finish, probably one of the best contractors we've had during our 30 year residence. Steve Spaulding, the project manager, was key to the operation. His initial visit consisted of getting up on the the roof and doing a thorough examination and explaining the ins and outs to me. Went very well. Jeff Christy explained everything clearly, and answered all my concerns. Ascent Roofing's price is competitive, so their familiarity with navigating through the design requirements of this neighborhood is a convenient plus. With all the rain we have had, the slight (couple of days) delay from the scheduled date was quite understandable. The crew worked from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. to finish in one day, not an easy job with the steep pitch of the roof. They did great!
