1st let's start with the installers. Kellan and taip were just great. Showed up on time, vary professional and polite. Cleaned up better than expected. Now the bad news. We waited 8 months to get this installed. We were told it would be Oct or November but it wasn't until the end of December for them to get it in. It took one year, from date of order, to complete the project which was slated to be installed after 6 mos to manufacture the windows. The company did not start the job until month 10 and then took 2 mos more to complete. The company really just did not go the extra mile to communicate all the hold ups.
