5 stars for Zack and Nick. They were both pleasant and respectful. The patio awning installation was on time and they cleaned up more than what was expected. One star for the survey, however. The instructions on the card are not correct. I just hope Zack and Nick get credit for the 5 star rating. Product rating will have to wait. We'll need time to use it first.

The service we received from Stephanie in the office who answered so many of my questions, to Adam who spend 2 hours helping us decide on what we needed, to Nick and Zach who did the actual installation, was truly very professional and a pleasure to work with.
