We recently had our 6 windows replaced. The process was very easy. During the consultation they were very thorough. They explained the product itself and went over how the entire process would go including who would be contacting us. In between getting our windows ordered and installed, they kept in contact with us letting us know where they were at with our project. The people that installed our windows were very professional and detailed. We are very happy with the quality of our windows!
