Not a great overall experience. They would text and say they would update but they wouldn't and I would have to reach out again and again for updates. When they finally did show up to replace a window they wrecked the walls and said we had to repair. Im sure that is in the fine print but we trusted the sales person when she came and didn't search for all the fine print. Our mistake. Live and learn. Don't trust the sales people! Teagan from Asher’s came out to replace the door sweep on an entry door from the garage. This a very heavy fire resistant steel door. He removed to door from the frame in order to securely attach the new replacement sweep. He was friendly and efficient, got the job done very quickly. I also want to give a word of thanks to Erica at Asher’s who needed to get everything ordered and set up. This is a door that Asher’s installed along with a couple others and windows in 2018. Keylan, Mason and Ty were amazing! Installed 9 windows and 3 doors in two days. They look so good! Cleaned up everything after. They were professional and friendly. Definitely recommend them to install your windows and doors.
