They explained the product itself and went over how the entire process would go including who would be contacting us. In between getting our windows ordered and installed, they kept in contact with us letting us know where they were at with our project. David and Ryan did an excellent job. They were so efficient going about their jobs. They had allowed 2 days for the job, and were done in one. They cleared and vacuumed below the windows when done.
