Ty and Connor were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They removed our awning and then returned to install again after our roof project was completed. Upon returning they learned that the brackets removed by the roofing crew had accidentally been disposed of, so Ty drove back to the shop and returned with other brackets so they could still do the job that same day.
