      Ordering new windows from Asher was a disaster from the beginning. First, it took almost a year from the time we ordered the new windows to the day they were finally installed. Second, the installation was frustrating, and the head workman was rude. We had new windows put in three different rooms. They completed two rooms on one day--or so we thought--and came back the next day to do the last room.       We ordered an awning from Asher’s and from the start there have been nothing but problems. At installation, it needed a new ballast. Poor ordering so needed to be taken off the roof to be fixed. Then the wind sensor was not installed. There is no customer service. We’re still sitting with a new home and this piece of junk and little response from Asher’s. We paid half, and at this point , I’d like a refund and this removed from my roof!!!!
