Completely incompetent, after 14 months (promised 6) purchased wrong windows and doors, opposite to what we signed off on and then act as if it's not an issue theyve created....no doubt many many more months and potential legal action given there unwillingness to correct there mistakes... If your sales rep is "bruce lee" do not let him in your home... Youve been warned

Very professional. What I expected to be almost an awful experience, turned out to be a pleasure. The two installers were very clean. I couldn’t even find any dust in the house.
