The staff was very nice and pleasant to work with. My contact, Chris Pouridas was great. He worked with me on all my changes that I requested and was very patient. The only complaint I had was that the windows took a long time to come due to covid but not because of the company.

We had a great experience with ASP Windows and Doors. We ordered the door during the COVID-19 pandemic, which introduced delays in the project, and we initially wanted double doors but when they came out and looked at the existing door opening, they suggested an unequal panel door that is exactly what we wanted. The manufacturer built the door with the wrong glass, but ASC took care of the problem, and had them build a new door with the correct glass. The installer, Emilio was very professio...Read more
