One year ago we decided to changes all our windows and door to hurricane impact. They told us that the time for it was 6 months wait. Hello Alejandra, Our sincere apologies for the mistake on our end when it came to the permit. It honestly fell through the cracks and it was by no means our intentions. As for the delays on the product, it has been a challenge for most industries, especially impact windows and doors. Lastly, Chris Pouridas your sales rep did move to another country. That was an unfortunate situation in which we had no control over. We understand the project took longer than expected but overall, we are glad you are at least satisfied with the final product.
