My GC hired ASP windows for a $50K commercial project. 1] The windows were 9 weeks late and took them 3 weeks to install. I brushed it off to Covid. 2] One important window opened in the wrong direction (the sales rep and I had spend a good 10 min talking about this one particular window as it is located over a stair and need to be done right). That company and his owner are fraud after waiting 6 month for Yoanis Rodríguez to install the impact windows and door he claim that he do not have money to refund the down payment or windows and door to installation as per contract . Great scam , aware of others persons in the same situation

Great follow up experience! We had our windows installed over 2 years ago by ASP and recently we noticed some caulking wasn’t adhering properly to the concrete. I reached out to the ASP rep (Danny) and within a day he had a team scheduled to come out to inspect and repair the caulking. Orlay and his team came out (on time) and replaced the caulking, no questions asked and everything looks great!
