Bruce was a true New Yorker. Very punctual and respectful. Explained the process and came back a couple of times even when we had questions. The installer also went far and beyond and spend extra time when a small hiccup came about in the flooring and he had to chip out concrete. Also don't forget they have a really huge amount of selections to choose from. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
