I was very please with the end product. Purchased hurricane proof front door and two bathroom doors. The people who did the installation were excellent and cleaned up very well
I was not as happy with the communication along the way. My sales person, Thomas, was not great at following up. I had to contact him several times to get answers to questions from his quotes, to confirm appointments, and to get updates on when the doors would be installed.

I want to give them more stars because they are nice people BUT BUSINESS WISE highly disappointed. The job is 75% completed. I’ll consider changing my review if they get their act together with in the next 5 days.
The lock mechanism of the impact door wasn't working and Orlay from the ASP maintenance group fixed the issue in a very professional way. Specially impressed with how fast they arrived to my house to solve the problem.
We used ASP to replace our front doors (double) and a side door. Excellent overall experience, and the city inspector even complemented the company on the job they did with the installation. The front doors were custom - and arrived from the specialty glass manufacturer damaged. This is the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. Would I use this company again? Absolutely!
