Great customer service from Ulises. The installation was a breeze. Installers did great covering my furniture and cleaned afterwards.
The sales experience was very good and Jonathan was excellent in helping us through the selection process. The installation was excellent and the finished product is great. They were neat and highly detail oriented. My only CAVEAT about the whole thing is that it took FOREVER from signing until installation. We signed the contract in early January and installation was in September. This seems pretty excessive and possibly their manufacturer needs to be reconsidered.
