I mentioned YGREEN program guy giving me estimate lies to my face says that the application for ygreen is 800 to 900 dollars to apply he leaves and I never hear back for a followup. I then contact y green and mention the application fee which they deny and mention its free. Theu claim most companies dont like y green because they must front the money before getting paid.
