ASP responded quickly to our request. Chris Pouridas came over and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the options and enlightening us on the Hurricane Impact specifications and requirements. The very next day he provided us an extremely detailed and very reasonable quote for the entire house. We accepted the quote and signed the agreement with ASP. I was in need of a window supplier in the area and my friend Collin told me about American Storm Shutters, called them last Tuesday and we scheduled an appointment for the next day, the guy came in and we discussed all the details, the price they gave me was really good, so far I don't have any issues with them, will see what will happen.

I couldnt be happier with the service and attention that I recieved from ASP. There assistance with my front door was amazing. They came to my house on schedule, they did a great job installing the door, and the work area was left clean and installed to profection. If I could give 0 stars, I would. These guys are the ABSOLUTE WORST company. We signed a contract (and paid a deposit) with them on Sept 28th to have our front door and side door replaced with hurricane-proof doors. The front door requires double doors and a glass arc above it (this solution was one they proposed and we chose them for this solution over their cheaper competitors). We were told it would take 2 weeks to get the permit, 2 weeks to get the parts, and then 2 days to do the install. A...Read more
