This is a follow up to my last review. ASP were very responsive regarding a hardware problem that we are having now but it was installed two years ago. Justin fixed it, but I was still concerned that the problem will happen again so Jonathan the owner came to look at the door and assured me that if the problem happens again in the future, that they will be as responsive then as they were this time. Very responsive service.

This service from ASP is 2 years after installation. The locking mechanism is not closing properly so ASP came back out to see how they can resolve it. Justin the service rep is trying different things to see if it will work. He was very helpful in trying to resolve the problem. We are not there a 100% yet. I am hoping Jonathan the owner will come out to see the issue himself. Jonathan himself did come out 2 years ago during the installation, so I believe I will see him again because he likes to... We called ASP due to a screen door that kept falling off its track. The sliding glass door had originally been installed by them. The technician they sent was very professional and courteous. After checking the door and sliding screen he determined that the door itself had not been properly balanced upon installation. He did the appropriate adjustments which fixed the problem.
