Really smooth transaction...chose windows, ordered windows, installed windows. All in the estimated time given. A little less than 6 weeks to manufacture the windows and 4 days to install (12 windows and 1 Sliding Door). We are really happy with the product and with this Company. They have answered ALL our questions and have been available each time we called, texted or emailed with questions. Excellent Customer Service to start with. Planned our project with Ulises (very knowledgeable and accessible, answered 1000 questions) it all went very smooth. Had four other estimates and saw their windows. We selected the vinyl windows and it's a beautiful product. Quiet, Solid Windows and Sliding Door. Just finished the project this past week and are experiencing the benefits already with cooler temperature inside the house and of course the noise reduction from traffic and barking dogs.
