            I had planned to redo my house with impact windows. had them come by for an estimate. Took the morning off from work for a 10:30 appt. The guy called at 12:00 and said he would come after lunch he showed up at 1:30. I waited a week and didn't hear from them.. I called and had to leave all my information with the receptionist...again. He called back a few hours later and asked me for all my information....again.
