            Horrible experience from start to finish for a brand new metal roof at my parents home. Delays, bad communication, horrible salesman, untruths and now a brand new leaky roof that nobody seems to care about! Still waiting for a call back to get someone here to fix this and the rain keeps coming. I would never ever recommend them for anything after seeing the frustration that my parents went through! Their old roof lasted 25 years and this one leaks in several spots within three months!

            One of the reasons I chose this company is because of the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I contracted ASP to install impact windows and a brand new metal roof. One of the things that stood out when signing our contract with our salesman who I will not name is the fact that he assured me that they do not use contractors and they were a company of over 120 employees.
