After a wonderful experience back in September 2024 when we had all windows (14)and doors (2) replaced with ASP impact windows (ES Elite) and doors (Linea Rossa) I called for a service call. One window lock couldn't engage. Within a minute the tech Miguel spotted the problem. A small black piece of plastic had fallen into the window preventing it from closing all the way.
