The entire experience with ASP Windows on impact windows and doors was excellent. We placed an order for hurricane-proof windows back in March, and today is August 25th. Tammy continues giving us misleading explanations, claiming the company has no way of knowing what is shipped in the container from the manufacturer in Colombia. Every week we are told a different story and given “reassurances” that our order will arrive in the next shipment, yet no one can confirm what’s actually included. Great Company and great customer service from Day 1. The installation team/Yosjenny and partner were really great, and they took care of everything from the first minute at the date of the installation. Sales Team/Ulises Vasquez was very proactive and always open to suggest and help thru the sales process and Door selection. The Customer service/Naila and AP team/Karyme were really great in everything. The Door is really beautiful and great quality; we are very happy with our Principal Door.
