ASP installed 2 impact doors on my house and did a great job! Ivan, the sales rep was very informative. The office personnel ( Margarita, Luisa, Claudia) kept me informed via texts and emails. The installers (Roibel and Omar) were awesome, and such hard workers - going the "extra mile" to handle some unexpected termite damage around one of the doors....and kept the work area so clean! Miguel came out later to add the covers for the new doors. I love the doors!!
We recently had a hurricane impact door and window installed by ASP.
Unfortunately, our experience with the salesperson significantly marred our overall satisfaction. Their approach was unprofessional and rude, and a major mistake was made when they ordered the wrong color for our window.
When we raised the issue of the incorrect color, the salesperson was dismissive, inaccurately claimed we should check our contract, and offered no viable solution, reflecting a serious lack of customer servic... Read more
