I had an issue with my door locking mechanism. I called customer service and spoke with Maria who was able to schedule a repair quickly. Carlos came out to fix the locking mechanism and had the part to repair same day. He was very professional and also gave me a quick tutorial on how my double locking mechanism works. He did a great job.
The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. Josh our sales rep explained everything and was accessible throughout the whole procedure. Our window crew was Daniel and Juan and we could not have asked for better. They were punctual professional and very polite. They did an amazing job for us.
