            Before you sign a contract with these people make sure you have an attorney review it. The salesman will tell you one thing but the contract will say something else. Do not trust whatever they say. Make sure it's all in writing and verified by an attorney. Besides not replacing a piece of rotted wood, job was satisfactory.
