Unprofessional and useless staff, never got the quotes I asked for, one sales rep never showed up and then was extremely rude to my wife on the phone, another sales rep never get back to me after I’ve send measurements for estimate. The owner of this business need to make an improvement of its staff, meanwhile you lost me as a customer, I just took my business to your competitor. Good job with losing customers.
