My recent installation of the large impact window was performed by truly excellent ASP team. The entire process; permits, administration and installation was smooth sailing from the beginning to the end. Based on my own experience, this firm is a gem in the Miami area. The miracle ASP team included Josh, Jaime, Yesi, Pepe and Miguel. Each one of them was competent, knowledgeable, clear communicator and a pleasure to deal with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Many thanks ASP !

Only a 4 as 2 hurricane windows had to be replaced after 8 years . That said their serviceman that came to replace them was very professional, considerate and arrived early! Also thanks to Érika in the office who helped me through the process of getting the manufacturer here to evaluate, acceptance of new windows to ASP and then scheduling the service call.

As always, working with ASP was a pleasure. I have done my windows, doors and roof with them. Now I’m doing my driveway as well. Andres, Miguel, Bruce and JJ are great. They were always there to address my concerns. I think it’s important to have the patience to explain every step of the way and treat costumers with respect. That’s how you keep them happy and as returning costumers.
