Purely garbage service!!! Technician was suppose to be here between 0800 and 1000. Got a message at 0934 saying he was on the way. At 1100 I called, asking if there was a delay and was told they would have the guy call me. 1200, same thing, 1300 same thing except apparently this guy was in my driveway for 20 minutes calling me. No calls, no guy in driveway, checked security cam, oh guess what nothing. Waste of time and money.
Easy to schedule an appointment to perform routine on water filtration system. Technician was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I am happy they were highly recommended.
