After spending approximately $6k on a system, the representative that has answered the phone has been less than helpful and rude. Additionally, my hot water was turned off due to a value and was informed I would receive a call at 8:30am the following morning. No call, at 10:30am I called the office only to receive an unpleasant representative. Now I’m being told that someone will be out Thursday to have my hot water back on. Totally unacceptable.

After some miscommunication about follow up appointments, and a missed promise from the install tech - I feel much better about this company. I had a tech follow up this past Friday, and he returned on Monday to work on my water chemistry. This isn't just to solve a short term problem, but to make sure that the chemical supply lasts for a reasonable amount of time before a service is required. I am happy with their work and the amount of time they spent to make things right.
