I was given quotes in excess of 15k for a new roof from other local companies. Mike from Atlantic Craftsman came out and did a thorough inspection and reported that I didn't need a new roof because I had 40-year shingles and there was 19 to 20 years of life left in them. Subsequently, a few small repairs were quickly scheduled ( small nail pops and roof vents) and completed the next week. Considering the weather, they did a great job replacing my flat roof on my sunroom and the price was reasonable. The cleanup was done right and you would not know that the roof was replaced.
