Time management and communication needs major improvement. I have tried doing business with this company since July. We had a date set to get my skylights replaced, August 25, no one showed up, it took 3 calls before I got to speak to someone and I haven’t heard from them since. It’s just rude and they’ve completely wasted my time. I understand things come up and people are busy but a simple 5 minute call to explain the situation or to simply tell me they don’t have time to help me.
