Was invaluable in fighting with my insurance company to get the entire roof replaced after storm damage and with upgraded tiles not out of code tiles the insurance company wanted.
The new roof work appears to have been done well as no problems have been discovered after almost two years. It was somewhat difficult to communicate with the workers and onsite leader due to language differences. I would have given 5 stars if the workers hadn't broken many of our flowering plants in the front yard near the house with debris thrown off or dropped on the plants.
