Charged $900 attempting to fix roof leak. Supervisor made a contract without investigating/ examining the roof! The techs that came out did not professionally/thoroughly examine all roof area roof area associating with in-house leak area. They took the path of leased least resistance. Atlantic Craftsman replaced my old roof, stripping it down to the wood, replacing about a dozen sheets of plywood, and repairing a joist damaged by a major leak which had gone undetected until recently. They used all their lifetime warranty products, and installed them exactly as described in the GAF product manual. We had Atlantic Craftsman out to fix a recurring leak we had above a window. We had previous companies out and they were unable to source the true cause of this repair. Atlantic was able to find it and fix it promptly. Very happy with their work and will gladly call them again if we have other roofing issues down the line.
