Atlantic Craftsman showed up the next day once I contacted them for a free estimate. Joe Glazebrook ( the owner ) did the estimate himself and said my roof qualified for an insurance claim due to hail damage. Unfortunately my insurance fine print only allowed 5%, but definitely worth a shot. However, Joe gave me a very reasonable price for a quality roof system and the contract was made. We initially contacted four top GAF recommended roofing companies and very quickly narrowed it down to two and then to Atlantic Craftsman which came in with the lower bid. I hired Atlantic Craftman to install gutters and guards onto the house I just purchased. Scheduling was a hassle because I was twice told that the installers would arrive at a particular time but they didn't show. Twice! The second time I was ready to cancel and go with a different company. I wish I did! But one of the employees called to apologize, so I moved forward. BIG MISTAKE!
