I received professional customer service in the planning, scheduling, installing, and billing of our new high quality roof here in Virginia Beach. The large install crew of 8 was respectful of our property, courteous to my family, and meticulously efficient in the detail of their work. They completed our roof replacement in about 6 hours. Had a new roof put on about 5 years ago or so. Husband was sick in the hospital. They did the work, cleaned up and left. I had them come out when I cancelled my directv and they took down the satellite dish and secured the shingles. Nice bunch of people and did a good job.
