Time management and communication needs major improvement. I have tried doing business with this company since July. We had a date set to get my skylights replaced, August 25, no one showed up, it took 3 calls before I got to speak to someone and I haven’t heard from them since. It’s just rude and they’ve completely wasted my time. I understand things come up and people are busy but a simple 5 minute call to explain the situation or to simply tell me they don’t have time to help me.

Employees showed up and did a complete tear off , replaced necessary plywood, pipe and wall flashing, ridge vents .All debris was cleaned up and hauled away the day of the job. Workers were very respectful of my property and my neighbors property. 3 heavy rainstorms later I m very happy with my choice to have Atlantic Craftsman replace my roof.
