He came prepared , provided samples of the products to be used and defined what would be done and why. He provided a professional estimate on the spot. They did my complete roof & did a really great job. Also put new gutters in that are almost maintenance free which is a true blessing to me because I don't have to hire someone to clean them out. Also fixed my ceiling which had a big hole in it from leaking previously. They have done an excellent job on all this. Would highly recommend them to anyone. They are very dependable! Thanks guys!

I had scheduled a chimney cap replacement. I had no one call to confirm the appointment so I waited at home for them to show up. No one ever showed up so I was late for work for nothing. I then had to call five times throughout the day to try to get a response on why they didn't show. All I kept hearing was Caitlin would have to call you back as she did the scheduling. I am thrilled with my new roof. I had a water leak, so my ceilings had to be fixed and painted also. They did a wonderful job! My family and neighbors are forever complimenting me on how beautiful my roof looks.

First off, they were the only company that could come out on a Saturday to do my estimate(according to the home advisor scheduling tool) The representative that came out had already looked up measurements online from our house listing, then he took a look at the house to see what we had going on. Then he prepared the estimate in about 10 minutes.
