The representative Charlie is the best that I've encountered. He gave the the true honest examination of the job and did not try to give me something that I did not need. I was truly appreciative of that. Atlantic Craftsman still got the job and they did an excellent as well. I referred them to several colleagues for jobs as well. Because of Charlie's honesty, he save me over $4K. Needless to say, when it is time to have the full repair, I will be calling Atlantic Craftsman to do it.

From the beginning of the process, they assisted me with my insurance company that was underestimating the replacement cost. They were able to get the insurance company to increase the replacement cost & start the process of roof replacement! I 100% recommend Atlantic to anyone looking to replace or purchase a new roof! Great customer service through out the entire process!!

I waited over a year to leave a review to be sure we had no problems after a complete roof replacement on a very steep and challenging roof. They worked to be sure my insurance company would be satisfied as well as me the homeowner. Work was done as promised, site was cleaned up and we have no leaks. What else could you ask for? I too am a contractor and have recommended A.C. to several of my customers as well.

Employees came on time to do the job. They were professional and courteous. Replacement of shingles and roof repair was excellent and expeditious. Most important is the peace of mind extended by the best quality of work rendered by the Atlantic Craftsman team!
