VERY Disappointed! This company came out to give me an estimate for repairing/replacing my roof. They were very professional and I was impressed with their initial customer service. After receiving other quotes for the roof, we decided to go with them and we were told that the workers would arrive between 7 and 7:30 am on Monday morning. Pre-sales: Joe was great. He answered all of my questions and helped me make the best choice between contractors. Another company gave me a cheaper price for the Golden Pledge but Joe was willing to meet the price as I felt more comfortable working with him. Joe was not the typical "pushy" sales person -- he was just plain helpful. Installation: Joe has a large team (~10) and they were able to remove all the shingles quickly.
