I had scheduled a chimney cap replacement. I had no one call to confirm the appointment so I waited at home for them to show up. No one ever showed up so I was late for work for nothing. I then had to call five times throughout the day to try to get a response on why they didn't show. All I kept hearing was Caitlin would have to call you back as she did the scheduling. I had a new roof installed by Atlantic Craftsman about a year ago. Joe came out the same day I called to give a quote, showed me all the options, wrote up a quote on the spot. The quote seemed great, but I had to do research and talk to some other companies to make sure I was getting the best price and best materials.
